Lying to myself

Whilst eating my breakfast I looked down at my bowl of plain Cheerios and decided they would taste a whole lot better covered in sugar, and they sure did. But when I fill out my food journal I have selective amnesia and only jot down the Cheerios, not the scoops of sugar.

Here are other ways I lie to myself:

-Gummy Multivitamins. Sugar tricks my brain.

-Running with my dog. She's stops numerous time so it's more like a jog or a brisk walk.

-Lowfat yogurt. When I eat the whole carton in one sitting it doesn't really matter if it's low-fat.

-Thinking, "Tonight I'll only have 1 margarita." Yeah, right!

That's like me with pizza. As long as I blot the oil with a paper towel, then 2 slices are justified!!

Can't believe you eat so much sugar. How many sugars did you put in your coffee??! Good thing you gave it up.

I'd have to agree with the person above me.

No, but seriously.. Cheerios with sugar is DE-LICIOUS! I always eat it like that :)
