Tonight I reviewed the call-sheet for a new show that I'm working on and I noticed an asterisk in the corner of the page saying "*Try to be ON-TIME! I'd like to start shooting ASAP."
I found the tone of the asterisk to be rude and I am therefore offended by it.
There are two types of people in this world:
#1 People that get to places on-time
AND
#2 People that do not.
I try to be the former but tend to be the latter.

Dear Asterisk,
You are a DICK! I don't appreciate your attitude. Rushing to work could cause an accident and possibly even my death! Mr. Asterisk, could you live with yourself if I DIED per your orders?
Shame Shame Shame on YOU SIR!!!!
Sincerely,
Bridget
p.s. I might be delayed in sending out this letter to you. As you know, I have a history of being late.

As a #1 person who is always waiting for the #2 people I heart that asterics, even though I think it should have known better...
...You do not tell #2 people to be on time, you just tell them the meeting is half an hour earlier than it really is ;-)
LOL -- you and me both.
I call it Tina Time and everyone else must adjust. ;)
Bridgett - You are F-KNG ADORABLE!!! My god, whoever you're currently dating is one lucky lady!!!!!
Dear Mr. Asterik is hysterical- I love that!!! Maybe you could find a way to incorporate that into Brunch w/Bridgett as a skit or something!!! You Are The Bomb My Dear!!! Love your blogger!!!
That's kind of like an email I got today reminding my coworkers that we all were contracted to be at work by 7:30 am. This would be okay if we all worked in the same regular school, but we all work in alternative education sites at open at 8am at the earliest and most kids don't show up until 9 am. And my response was, what purpose does making me kill myself in traffic achieve given this ridiculous time frame doesn't actually fit the kids time frame? Sigh...
Okay - So I thought of one way you could incorporate Dear Mr. Asterisk onto Brunch with Bridgett. On the wall near the sign that says "No Boys Allowed" How bout "No Asterisks Allowed".......alright alright...it was just a thought!LOL
