5 Great Timeless Films

I'm watching The Wizard of Oz and I was just thinking how amazing this piece of cinema truly is. It does more then stand up to the test of time and changed the times.

Since I'm into "list making" lately, here's a list of 5 great movies that live up to the test of time.


5. Overboard. Damn Goldie Hawn awesome!


4. A Christmas Story. We have a leg lamp in our living room.


3. Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. The best of all of Star Wars films.


2. The Shining. It will always be scary and I'll never be able to play with my pet axe again.


1. The Wizard of Oz. Brilliant and perfectly cast. You can't have a bad day if you put this movie on.
