Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I'm italian so today I'll be rocking the italian food and chowing on a murderless tofurkey. Below is my family's recipe for ricotta cheese stuffing which is the best stuffing in the entire world!

Also, I shot a Thanksgiving episode for Peoplejam so check out my messy pumpkin pies:

• 2 pounds of “part skim” Ricotta cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
• 1/2 cup of Parmesan or Romano grated cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
• 1 cup of broth (vegetable or chicken)
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• Salt to taste
• Can substitute garlic salt for garlic powder and salt

• Mix all together with a mixing utensil.
• Spray shallow “brownie” pan with PAM to make non-stick.
• Spread evenly in pan
• Place in oven at 350 to 375•F
• Cook until light brown

• Eat when done
• Scrape pan for leftovers.

Nice episode of People Jam (quite a turkey impression... At least you know how it sounds like...).

Sicilian? Really? Nice island.

Well we don't have Thanksgiving here - I guess we're pretty much thankfull all the time ;-) However I guess it's pretty much how we celebrate Christmas - it's all about the food! (And the presents but hey - we get it all in one evening. One GREAT evening!)
Happy Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving Bridget, to you and your family. I hope you have a nice one. I am also Italian so I know about pasta and things like that. We do love our pasta, meatballs, etc. Btw, cute video yesterday on peoplejam. It's one of my faves, like some others you've done. I'll miss it until monday. Take care. You're so sweet. Ciao.

P.S. I had a dream last night that I was hanging out with Karman while she was doing some kind of show and she kept referencing YOU. I think I had that dream after reading her recap of SON and kept referencing YOU. She must be in love or something...heh.

We also don't have Thanksgiving in our part of the world. I guess because it's too close to Christmas and here, Christmas trumps all holidays ;D --our Christmas season starts as soon as the "-ber" months(Sep/Oct/Dec) set in, and ends with the Feast of the Three Kings(2nd Sunday of Jan).

Heniway, here's wishing you and your family Peace, Love, Good Health and Prosperity. Cheers!

I miss the Italian food I grew up with, especially as the holidays grow closer. Leaving the north to live in NC definitely has its disadvantages!
